Hello my name is Miguel, I head up operations for Raw Material in Colombia. I am a third generation coffee producer based at the farm El Fénix in Quindío. El Fénix is the home base of Raw Material, where we have constructed a cupping lab and wet mill, surrounded by an organic coffee forest, full of rare coffee varieties.

I am the host of Plant to Port, a week long course that will give you the best understanding of everything that makes up the value stream of green coffee in a producing country. I look forward to meeting you at the farm!
