CQI Q Instructor, Certified Arabica and Robusta Q Grader and SCAA Certified Lead Instructor. I'm also WCE certified judge actively judging national and world competitions.
Currently I'm Chair of Coffee Roasters Guild where I am leading Sustainability Committee and am an active member and judge for Cup of Excellence.
Since 1999 I work as a sensory expert and R&D supervisor at Consonni (multi brand, Slow Food recommended producer of high value added pastries, cakes, ice cream, breads and coffee). In 2020 I became CEO of Grange Specialty Company which owns Coffee Grange brand and roasts coffee for many companies under “white label”. At Coffee Grange we offer education for roasters and cuppers which includes origin trips and direct coffee sourcing.
