Nel settore del caffè dal 2003, Andrew ha lavorato come barista, trainer, green buyer e head of coffe. E' quindi gestore e proprietario di varie catene di bar e coffe shop.

E' co-fondatore del Taylor St Baristas e del Harris+Hoole, due delle storiche società di specialty coffee londinesi, con più di 55 locali. Andrew ha personalmente curato i programmi di training di entrambe le attività, formando oltre 1000 figure di baristi professionisti. E' stato anche membro del gruppo dirigente, responsabile dello sviluppo strategico e commerciale in tutte le aree del caffè dei suoi due business.

Andrew è Q Grader ufficiale dal 2012. Fu campione britannico di cup tasting e vice campione mondiale di tea brewing nel 2015. Ha arricchito il suo curriculum con i certificati base ed intermedio Barista Skills della London School of Coffee. Come membro fondatore della SCA Barista Guild, è stato presidente nel 2019 e rappresentante della stessa nel consiglio d'amministrazione di SCA. Andrew ha studiato un corso strutturato su più giornate per il Simonelli Knowledge Hub su come avviare e gestire un coffee shop, impiegando la sua esperienza professionale per aiutare le persone a crearli e migliorarli.
