I've been working in coffee since 2010, have an experience as a barista, roaster, trainer and quality control manager. As well as a judge in WCE competitions. Currently working as Head of Quality in London based Union Hand-Roasted Coffee. Coffee has always been my passion, as well as profession and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.
