Davide has born in Verona. He come from the food service field and since he was young, he always wanted to experience and professionally develop. Throughout the years his passion for coffee bar refreshment has exploded to the point he started wishing to convey his own passion to other people. That brought him, after many years of experience, to make the choice to commit to Advising and Training in the world of coffee.

From 2011 he’s committed to Training in Italy as well as abroad (Asia, Middle East, North Europe are just some of the areas in which he worked). On 2013 he became a SCA Official Trainer for the Modules Barista Skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Sensory Skills and Roasting, furthermore he have been SCA Italy Education Coordinator and actively took part in each event organized in Italy and worldwide for 4 years.

From February 2015 he become a Certified International Judge for World Coffee Events ,in the World Barista Championship.

On 2016 he opened Coffee Training Academy, through his school Coffee he aim to spread the culture of great coffee and the techniques to extract the best out of each and every single bean, transmitting passion and interest in the student, allowing them to become REAL professionals and a quality enthusiasts.

As 2020 started he was crowned as Italian Roasting Champion in Sigep/Rimini that was an great experience to show his knowledge as Roaster and represent Italy at world stage level. In 2022 he become 7th on World Roasting Championship, and grateful for this occasion to serve as ambassador for the Italian coffee scene at world level.

On May 2022 he have been elected as SCA Italy National Coordinator with a clear mission: Let the Specialty Coffee become more popular and spread the meaning of SC to the mass. 2023, for the Coffee Value Assessment he took Ambassador and Instructor nominee.
