Simone Amenini has been in the world of coffee since 2013, when he decided to leave his university studies to pursue his passion for the world of hospitality.
Starting from 2016 he joined the staff of Ditta Artigianale, becoming head bartender in all 3 stores of the Company.
Still on behalf of Ditta Artigianale, he managed training and events for various Italian roasting companies.
Since 2021 he has been responsible for the School of Coffee activities as Director and Trainer.
His main focus is the extraction in espresso or with filter methods.
