Started coffee during my second year in university, where i studied Mathematics. After taking my degree, i decided that i was in love with the ''mathematical'' and analytical way of thinking and i wanted to apply it to my coffee career. I've been working as a barista since then. In 2018, my coffee career led me to London where Taylor ST very kindly offered me a barista position. 1.5 years later, i joined Watchhouse Coffee and currenty i'm working as a lead Barista in their flagship store at Tower Bridge, where i discovered my underlying passion for leadership and putting it in action. I placed 3rd in the UK Barista competition 2020 and i'm a founding member of the Watchhouse competition team since 2019
As a Lead Barista, I'm responsible for looking after the development of team as well as assisting the management of shop in terms of operations. I'm in charge of developing the Personal Development Plan for every barista in my team as well as delivering exceptional customer service and coffee quality during my shifts on the bar.
