During this class, join Ana Luiza Pellicer to learn more about traceability during coffee production and how Mió was able to improve the data they produce at the farm. Based on Mió’s experience in direct trade relationships, understand how trust can be built through sharing data and knowledge from the farm, shifting the balance so information can travel freely both ways farm -> roastery and roastery -> farm.
