Learn the essential skills to get you started on your barista career in italian espresso bar. The course focuses on the key skills required to set your grinder, make espresso, and foam and texture milk for cappuccinos based to traditional italian recipe. The course shows the sensory characteristics and appearence of one of the most iconic drink product in Italy, splitted in different areas of the nation. The course touches different milk based bevearges traditionally served in Italy.

This session is ideally suited to people want knowing and/or improving the knowledge and the skills in the producing a tipical italina espresso. No previous barista experience is required.
