I'm 25 and have been working in coffee since I turned 18. During lockdown is when I discovered specialty coffee and I jumped straight into it. When I imagined being part of this ever-evolving industry, it finally felt like I knew what I wanted to do when I grow up.
I have been responsible for a guest roastery program, as well as for the general coffee and tea offering of 4 sites. My main duties include providing beginner coffee training and basic machine and grinder maintenance.
