About me

I'm a coffee professional with 5 years experience. I have worked my way up, starting as a trainee in a cafe. I am now the head barista. I work with a small team of lovely people, who I train on the job. I also manage the quality of our coffee and choose which coffees we put on the menu. One day I will have my own cafe, but before then, I plan to work in all roles in a cafe to get valuable experience.
