I have been dealing with coffee for over 30 years, first as a bartender and since 2000 also as a roaster. Over the years I have had the opportunity to observe, study and analyze the various faces of the coffee and espresso industry through the changes that have brought interesting consequences on a technical, socio-economic and communicative level, evolving businesses and their impact on consumption. Since the end of 1995 I have found an answer to my needs for professional and value growth in the SCA Community and in the whole movement that promotes quality not only as a commercial goal but as an opportunity growth and emancipation of all the players in the supply chain.
For about a year I have been engaged in the study and in-depth study of the science of coffee, I continue to roast in small quantities and I keep active a website for the sale of roasted coffee and to share my passion and information that can contribute to a fruition correct and consistent with the values of quality.
