I've been fully integrated into the coffee world since I was a teenager. My career as a barista started in the family business where I worked for 28 years. Commitment, dedication, and passion allowed me to develop my knowledge until I acquired all the modules of the Coffee Diploma and became an Authorized SCA Trainer and Certifier. I became a Q Grader in 2013 and in the same year, I started my experience as the National Coordinator of SCA Italy for 4 full years with excellent results. My training & consulting business assist several important companies, thanks to my experience I become a renowned coffee trainer, worldwide. Every year I travel abroad, spreading specialty coffee knowledge through many operations such as barista training, supporting new training centers e new trainers, assisting the sales team. I'm proudly collaborating in developing new products team, specially focused in feature on extraction, steam, grinding. I'm socially active and am publishing my first book on the Barista Profession.
